Xiaomi has introduced its newest smart band model, the Redmi Band 3, under its Redmi sub-brand. While this budget-friendly band may not possess the advanced features of the Xiaomi Band 9, it stands out as a more affordable option for those looking to track physical activities and health metrics without worrying about battery life. Here are all the details about the device.
Redmi Band 3 Features and Price
The Redmi Band 3 features a 1.47-inch rectangular TFT display with a resolution of 172 x 320 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The smart band comes with a plastic body and a silicone strap available in various color options, measuring 45.9 x 26.94 x 9.99 mm and weighing 16.5 grams. It promises comfortable use 24/7, even during sleep or while showering.
Despite its compact size, Xiaomi has included a 300 mAh battery that can be charged using a magnetic charger. It offers a battery life of up to 18 days under normal usage and 9 days under intensive use. The battery’s average duration of more than 14 days highlights this positive aspect, even with the device’s limited technical specifications.
The Redmi Band 3 allows tracking of over 50 physical activities. It is equipped with interesting features such as 5 ATM water resistance for activities like diving and swimming, sleep tracking, a heart rate monitor, and SpO2 for blood oxygen saturation. Additionally, the device supports Bluetooth 5.3.
The Redmi Band 3 is priced at 159 Chinese Yuan (approximately 750 TL) and is available in black, white, pink, and beige color options.
